Achievement Page Doesn't Show All Achievements On Start Up

On a new 14w26b world, not all achievements are shown on start up of world. Once you complete some, you can see more. When you hover over some of them, they do not have titles or descriptions. Achievement page is very glitchy in 14w26b.
