Custom player heads will not render

I placed heads of some people in my 14w25b. Then I open it in 14w26a. Some heads become white, some take my skin. For example I give me a Notch head and it turns into my head.
After all I open it in 14w25b, and again in 14w26a. All heads become Skeletons.
