Floating torches in villages(and possibly mineshafts, not tested yet)

What I expected to happen was...:The torches in the village to be attached to their walls and streetlamps respectively.

What actually happened was...:
The torches were spawned in the "up" position, making them appear like they were floating, possibly making them drop as an item.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Generate a default world
2. find a village
3. find a torch
Not well tested yet. I will edit when better tested.
