Scores in tab list only display 0

Sometimes, in the tab list, all score are set to "0" (it's only a visual bug because when I do /scoreboard players list @r I can see the real score).
Leaving/joining the server "fix" the problem but it come back after a while (gamemode changed ? teleportation ? Can't figure out why)
