I can walk through snow

What I expected to happen was I could walk on a full block of snow slabs.

What actually happened was I could walk through a full block of snow slabs.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place snow slabs until you get a block size
2. Try to walk on a snow block.
3. You can't. It acts as air.
