doors disappearing

wooden doors disappears at night on different buildings.
often one or two doors disappear at the same time.
at two occasions I saw zombies carrying the doors.

I first saw this happen for about 3 or 4 weeks ago.

I have no mods, texture packs installed.

I had a villager who was killed inside one of my buildings by a mob because two doors where suddenly missing.
