Items Disappear When Dropped

Items do not dispense or drop out of droppers or dispensers, and unless they are armor, the player does not pick it up and it just disappears (armor is automatically equipped, which is why it works.) This also happens when pressing Q (Drop Item Key), as the Item just disappears. This only happens on one of my worlds, though.
