Redstone block placed 2 blocks above a piston will cause a BUD

If you place a redstone block vertically 2 blocks above a piston (piston, air block, redstone block) then the piston will extend when updated.

This only happens when the redstone block is above the piston, not to the side. Does not differ about the orientation of the piston
