Dark Oak Wood wrong textures and wont act like regular wood

when i use an axe with silktouch on dark oak wood it drops it as "oak wood" in a purple/black squared texture when placed looks like a darkoak log and then can be broken with a non-siltouch axe and its back to normal the wood collected like this dose not act like wood when crafting i cant get planks out of them they can however still be used as fuel and converted to carcoal

if i collect the dark oak leaves with shears they have the same purple/black textures but is placed and looks normal when placed

i reverted to the 14w21b version and the blocks are there but the texture is sideways

not sure how the screenshot will be displayed if they are not clear i can explain them
