Witch Huts / Witch Traps spawn other mobs

Prior to the recent snapshots, my witch hut converted into a witch trap only spawned witches. Now It spawns Zombies, Witches, Skeletons, Creepers, and Slimes that I've witnessed.

Was this a feature change or is it a bug?
