Error.Can't.Pickup.Summoned.Items.with.DataTag.{Item:{id:<ItemID>}}

How to reproduce:
1. Go in a world with cheats on and type: /summon Item ~ ~ ~ {Item:{id:155}}
2. You can't Pick it up
