Sun and Moon moving bug

When sun or moon is rise some seconds, sun and moon had going back down.When sun or moon want to going down before evening or moring of the minecraft world time, sun and moon had going back up. When the world at the afternoon or midnight,the sun and moon want to move to west but the sun or moon had move back to east. Please solve this issue.
