After placing torches around a spawner to disable it, it decided "Fuck it. I'm juts going to spawn them inside the blocks. I mean the light level can't possibly be too high, so why not!" The skeleton spawner began spawning skeletons inside blocks, both with their heads inside the blocks, their legs inside the blocks, or both.
