Using jump effect when making to maximum level doesnt work.

When someone effects itself to ID:8 , effecting to maximum level doesnt work.
The effect works , but the player doesnt jump more higher , it stays to regular jump.
Affects from 1.6 to the newest snapshot.

I explain more when i find out more information.
