Redstone Torches Persisting

When you place a redstone torch on the side of a block, and destroy the block, the torch stays, instead of popping off.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place block
2. Place redstone torch on the side
3. Destroy block

This doesn't happen with normal torches.
