Map's icon texture is missing and Quartz block problem

First, Map's icon texture looks like missing.
And Second is when I try place Chiseled Quartz Block, It places "Block of Quartz". Not Chiseled Quartz Block. Other Quartz items(Quartz Stairs, Pillar Quartz Block) are OK.
