Barrier Block rendering incorrectly

• The barrier block item in hotbar renders as the purple and black checkerboard pattern, rather than the "prohibited" sign

• The barrier block renders as the purple and black checkerboard pattern instead of "prohibited" sign when the barrier block item is in inventory.
