Issue with trapdoors - unlimited glitch

I have a bedrock block, with 4 trapdoors attached to it. There are bedrock blocks surrounding it on a level plane. Whenever I hit the button to open the trapdoors (located on the top/bottom of the block), multiple trapdoors seem to spawn as if they were destroyed from the block.
