Water with wrong texture

hi I have just tested out the newest snapshot and I thought why is there anterside (I hope its called like that) every were? well I saw then that it was water but it had a reay wrong texture here in my screenshots.

but 1 thing when I closed minecraft and opend it again it was all ok.
