Depth Strider also works while a player is flying

Depth Strider makes the player fly faster in creative mode

What I expected to happen was to fly at normal speed

What actually happened was i flew faster

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get some boots (any material)
2. Enchant them with "Depth Strider"
3. (Be sure your in creative) Start flying and you will see you are flying faster
