Vines don't stay on the block they are clicked on and break when placed next to each other.

In the new snapshot, 14w25a, if i place a vine on a block it wont stick. When i place the block it sticks out 1 too many spaces. Also you cant place vines together or they both go away.

What I expected to happen was...:
I was making an ender farm and when i placed the vine to reset fall damage the vines glitched out and wont stick on the blocks i aim at and wont place next to eachother

What actually happened was...:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. place vine on a block
2. vine places itself on a block in front instead
3. place vines next to each other
4. they break and go away
