Game Crashes When Throwing Splash Potions

What I expected to happen was...
The splash potion of harming II I threw at the Guardian mob to cause damage.
What actually happened was...
The game crashed.
How to replicate.
Throw a splash potion of Harming II at a submerged Guardian. It will cause a TickingEntity error and Minecraft should crash.
