Snapshot 14w25a Still Water Texture looks like Polished Diorite

The still water texture in Snapshot 14w25a is broken. For whatever reason, it looks like Polished Diorite. I have even tried enabling a resource pack, and that didn't help. Flowing water is fine, its just the still water. Screenshot attached. Screenshot helps describe the problem.
