Water Temples Are far too close to each other.

Water Temples are spawning far too close to each other.

What I expected to happen was...:
Water Temples being about as rare as Strongholds and other dungeons.

What actually happened was...:
Two Water Temples spawned within roughly 300 blocks of each other on a world I used during the snapshot.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a Minecraft world using the seed: Deep Ocean.
2. Travel to the adjacent Deep Ocean biome.
3. After noticing the first temple, I went a little further West just to find another.

(I don't know if this is a bug, or if this was meant to happen. If it's not a bug, I'm sorry!)
