Limit to Data Tags in /summon commands using tellraw in Books

I used tellraw in the book text using 14w25a in the tellraw command i used a /summon command, there is a limit to how long the data tag is on the summon Command. I dont know if this is a bug or intended but i dont like it because the limit stops me from summoning Fireworks
