Texture Errors (All)

Loads of issues with Texture Errors:

Water being various blocks (Bed and Bedrock when flowing, wool when stationary)
Lava having same effect (Red Mushroom when stationary, tar-like when flowing)
Block breaking (Series of flowers overlaid on block you're breaking, ending with the dropper texture when at final stage)
Stairs being wrong way round in Creative Menu
Crosshair texture being faulty with resource packs

Think that's all of them

Edit 1: Texture Errors seem to have different errors (i.e. different block being in the wrong place) when you re-log
