spectator mode spider glitch

I was playing on a new 14w05 world messing around with the new blocks and I spawned a spider to spectate because spectator mode just got introduced
and when I spectated it Minecraft froze i could not get out of the spider so I did alt ctrl delete closed Minecraft then reopened it and went into the world and i was still in the spider and still wasn't able to escape
