Destroying a Daylight Sensor by hand works as quick as with a pickaxe, but only using a pickaxe the item drops

i have being experimenting with the new snapshot and i have found a bug that everytime you mine the light sensor with your hand it doesn´t give the block but when you mine it with a picaxe it does give it. It also flotes and redstone doesnt-
