Sea Lanterns invisible over y-80

When I was trying to make an arena using Sea Lanterns at around Y-75,
What I expected to happen is the sea lanterns make walls around the arena
What actually happened is that I made the walls 8 high, using /fill, and the ones above Y-80 were invisible and you could see all the way down to grass through a rendering issue.
How to reproduce this bug is make a tower of sea lanterns, and make it up to Y-80 and it has the invisible bug
