End portal frame and brewing stand hitbox too large after a fresh start of Minecraft

the hitbox of the endportal frame is too big, it's a full block

Steps to reproduce:

Start Minecraft
Place a portal frame: Hitbox is too large
touch the frame in any way (particles,direct,breaking) this will fix the hitbox
Leave the world
Renter world: Hitbox still fixed
Leave the world
Exit Minecraft
Restart Minecraft
Load the world: Hitbox is too large
