Chunk errors, Stairs, and Item Frame multiplier

Certain parts of my world have gone missing. Luckly I backed up my world. Also on the creative menu the stairs or facing backwards. And most importantly item frames shoot out the item it shows and item frames!

*well I expected a few bugs.

*well... I got bugs on minecraft

What activates these bugs?
1. well the chunk error randomly happens
2.and the stairs you just have to look in the creative inventory.
3.the every item frame will to the bug.
