Thrown potions by witches or players do not have correct textures.

When I was fighting a witch, I expected it to throw potions at me.

What actually happened was it did threw potions at me, but they were 2x2 purple and black boxes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Spawn or find a Witch
2. Engage it in battle
3. Don't harm it, the bug only pops up when it is throwing potions at you, not when he/she is using it on him/herself
4. Another way that's easier, just throw a potion (Found this out when I tried to give my Iron Golem regen II)
