Stairs (both normal and upside-down) always faces west no matter what angle they are placed in. (14w25a)

The summary says everything, stairs (both normal and upside-down) always faces west no matter what angle they are placed in. Also, they have switched angle in your inventory (not sure if this is a bug or not)
