Thrown potions have missing textures

Thrown potions have missing textures (The purple/Black checker squares)

What I expected to happen was...:
The potion gets thrown, and you can see it is a potion
What actually happened was...:
A purple/black checkerboard square takes the spot of where the potion should be thrown

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Throw a potion.
