The texture of all potions and spawn eggs are not correct when held!

the spawn eggs and potions were having a texture problem. the potions has no glass bottle and the spawn eggs has no dots!

What supposed to happen:
it should look like the item on the hotbar

What actually happened:
some bits of the texture is missing

steps to reproduce:
1. get a spawn egg or a potion
2. place it on the hotbar
3 select it and look at the held item in first person.
