Textures Flashing on screen

Every once in a while random item textures while blink across the screen they are all transparent and are in a random order also they are aligned neatly. This is also accompanied by random textures, buttons, and inventory flashing. This happens so suddenly and is only up for a second so I can not take a screenshot. The flashing however does not even show up in screenshots.
