screen glitch

so i was playing a modpack and my screen gliches like it keeps flickering so i closed the modpack and started minecraft without oh mod/modpack.
but its still happends. i downloaded minecraft again and its still not fixed.

so can you guys help me pls.

now i cant play minecraft anymore
