/setblock, wrong metadata on some TileEntities

When you use a setblock command to place a chest, the metadata will always be 3 by default, but when you place a block next to the place the block will be set, the metadata will be different depanding on where the block is placed. Work on chest, dispenser, dropper, and maybe other blocks
