Server Resource Pack

Minecraft will successfully find the Servers resource pack. Then it will not successfully change the Pack to the one just downloaded. However, after a bit of searching, I found that the file was being saved with a file type of "FILE" and the Pack was being saved with a name of (for example) CellCraftzip instead of CellCraft.zip

I found that changing the file name to CellCraft.zip changed the file type. but then Minecraft was still unable to read the file. Instead it re-downloaded the the CellCraftzip file from the web source. This was persistent with multiple resource-packs I tried.
