Potion effect particles go to the east from a mob, instead of up (FIXED)

This is a small visual bug I've noticed in this snapshot. When a mob/player has a potion effect on them, the particles have the wrong animation. Basically instead of the particles sliding straight up away from the mob, they slide over to the east of the mob, as in the screenshot to the bottom.
