The player can go through glass whilst in a minecart

What I expected to happen was The minecart to stop as theres a block in the way

What actually happened was the player went through the glass

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have minecart tracks on the ground
2. Put glass directly above the rails
3. Ride a minecart into the glass
