Redstone lamp, glass panes and glass block placement sound in friendly creatures slider not the blocks slider

the redstone lamp placement sound is in the wrong slider in music tab.

in 1.7 the sound was fine in its right place but in 14w21b the redstone lamp placing sound in not in blocks but in friendly creatures.

1. go to options
2. go to music and sound
3. turn off friendly creatues sounds
4. place a redstone lamp and break it.
then turn on friendly creatues sounds on and place a rdstone lamp.
