Going outside x=29999999 or z = 2999999 creates "Connection Lost" dialog

Moving outside of x=29999999 or z=29999999 causes a message to show up stating:

Connection Lost
Illegal position
[Back to title screen]

Clicking the Back to title screen button opens the Multiplayer menu.
