Freezes when destroy a noteblock and jukebox beside eachother

I have a jukebox and a notblock beside each other and when i destroy them to move them the game freezes.

What I expected to happen was...:
I would destroy both the blocks pick them up and carry on playing the game.

What actually happened was...:
I have a noteblock and a jukebox beside eachother"pic1" and when i destroyed the jukebox and noteblock "pic2" it wouldnt freeze but when i go to pick them up it freezes and then i get a crash error as shown in images "crash1" and "crash2". I have also uploaded the crash report which is called "crash-2013-01-01_13.41.47-server.txt"

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place a noteblock and jukebox beside eachother as shown in pic1.
2. Then destroy the noteblock and jukebox.
3. Then walk towards them to pick them up and the game should freeze.
