Clouds are Bugged when looking from the top throw Colored Glass

When you build a Colored Glass above a Cloud it looks like the glass is inside the cloud or the clouds look bugged , and same if you build water .

In the Picture 3 you can see that from the Under it looks normal .
In the Picture 4 Normall Glass with Water on it above a cloud even changes its Textures to blue .
