/title @p title can only have so much text

I am not sure if this is intended or not but if you type a lot of text using /title it goes off the screen.

Steps to reproduce:
Place a command block
Type a title command with a good portion of text
Power the command block

This bug I'm sure is Bugging a lot of map makers(sorry for the pun...)
