Item Held When Switching Worlds Not Changing

When holding nothing in World 1 (W1), and a dirt block in World 2 (W2).

You save & exit W2 while holding the dirt block, and then create/load W1, the dirt block you had in W2 is briefly held in W1 and then quickly switches back to the empty hand.

The issue may be on other snapshots, but I only checked on the most recent one.
