Unable to hide Wither Skull names

When I try to summon a Wither Skull with a hidden Custom Name

/summon WitherSkull ~ ~ ~ {direction:[],CustomName:"Whatever",CustomNameVisible:false}

it still shows me the name. Also when I press F1 the name gets displayed.
