please read description for my bug issue

hello mojang! i have found and bug or issue i dont know if its happening to every one ore just me the problem is that when i click on something in my inventory it wont pick the item up i have to hold my mouse button down for atleast 5 seconds for it to pick up and i hate that and i cant shift click items aswell it would be greatly pleasured if you could fix it thank you from ben
