Inventory 1.4.6 bug

When I updated minecraft at the 1.4.6, inventory was not going, would not let me do things like take a portion of a quantity of materials with the right button of the mouse, and in when creating something, I wasn't going if you clicked, shift, and had that go cigiendoilas in one
